Pet Regulations: Pets Allowed
Details: Sun Lake is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to two pets per apartment home, with no weight restrictions. We have a $250 Pet Fee which covers two pets, and there is no monthly pet rent. Please note that we cannot accept certain breeds of dogs, including: Akita, American Straffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
